Terms & conditions

• Check-in time is 16:00, check out time is 11:00.
• Full payment for accommodation and all extra services is required at the moment of booking.
• Payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation for any reason at any time. Cancellation applies to all services included in the order.
• Security deposit at the sum of 500€ is authorized 1 day prior to arrival and released 3 days after check-out.
• All listed activities are confirmed to take place as part of the offer. However, the sequence or timing of these activities may be adjusted based on availability, weather conditions, or operational requirements. Any changes will be made to ensure the best possible experience for all participants, without compromising the overall content of the itinerary.
• 100% non-smoking, please ask guest services for designated smoking areas. Failure to comply will incur a cost of 500 €.
• It is not allowed to use soap or any other chemicals in hot tubs. Failure to comply will incur a cost of 500 €.
• Customer is responsible for any damage that the customer or his/her guest or pet intentionally or negligently cause to the hotel room or other hotel premises, hotel furniture or other equipment, or to other hotel customers or their property. Liability for damage is determined in accordance with Finnish legislation.
• The hotel is not liable for losses resulting from extraordinary events beyond its control—including but not limited to government orders, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, or service disruptions—that could not have been avoided despite reasonable efforts.
