Groups of roughly 4 to 20 people fit us exactly. The spa can be taken over privately, the restaurant seats 45, and the fireplace lounge holds 25. Because we are ten minutes from Rovaniemi centre and the airport, a half day is genuinely a half day — not a bus journey with a sauna at the end.

Can a company book Invisible Forest Lodge for a group day?

Yes. Groups of roughly 4 to 20 people are the usual size. The Arctic Forest Spa can be taken over privately, the Invisible Restaurant seats 45 and the fireplace lounge holds 25 people.

Do we have to stay overnight to book a company day?

No. The spa, the restaurant and the dinner domes are open to day visitors. Many groups come from Rovaniemi for a half day and drive back the same evening. Accommodation can be added if you want it.

How far is Invisible Forest Lodge from Rovaniemi centre?

About ten minutes by car from both the town centre and Rovaniemi airport, which is what makes a half-day programme realistic for a working day.

When is the best season for company groups?

August to early October is the busiest and best window: the nights are dark enough for the aurora, the autumn colours are at their peak and the river is still open. Winter dates are adults only from 1 November to 15 March.
